*Inflatable(s) will be safely set up (staked or sandbags) and shouldn’t be removed by customers. Rent a Jumper won’t be responsible for any accidents, incidents or damages, to attendees or equipment.  Customers are fully responsible while inflatable/equipment is in their property.

*Adult supervision always required. If it is windy OR thunderstorm, the inflatable must be turned off.

*Kids’ safety is under customers’ responsibility. Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of bounce house is dangerous and is not allowed at any time.

*Ensure that children are not pushing, hitting, or behaving in any way that would result in injuries and/or cause distress or harm to them and/or others. No summersaults or inappropriate activities inside the bounce house

 *No food, no drinks, no silly string inside OR AROUND inflatables. Absolutely no silly string, no colored streamers, face paints or any other materials that will cause staining are to be used either on or near the inflatable.  All these products will cause damage to the inflatable unit that cannot be repaired. A $75.00 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if any of the above products are used inside or around inflatable.

* Shoes, glasses and jewelry MUST be removed before entering the inflatable to avoid injury.

*No smoking on or around the inflatable and no barbeques around the unit.

*No food, drinks, candies, or chewing gum are permitted on or around the inflatable to avoid choking risk.

*Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit the numbers according to the age and size of the children. Avoid having young and older children using the unit at the same time.

*No one should be allowed to be inside inflatable equipment during inflation/deflation, it is DANGEROUS.

 *Equipment staying overnight will BE FULLY UNDER be customers’ responsibility.

*Back yard gates must be at least 38’ wide or we won’t be able to set up in backyard and no refund will be issued.

*Water hoses are not included. Customer must provide water hose(s) as required.

*Rent a Jumper will provide (1) 50’ extension cord. If extra cords are needed, customers must provide them. (1) 50’ Extension cord will be provided per inflatable.

*Staff must be informed where it’s safe to stake down inflatable/tent without damaging sprinkler system. We won’t be responsible for paying/replacing any sprinklers damages.

**Please read & review your invoice. Once the invoice has been received by customer, paid partially or in full, this invoice has been approved (items & terms have been accepted by customer) All payments made to Rent A Jumper are final -non-refundable & nontransferable. Rent A Jumper reserves the right to cancel your reservation at our discretion.

* If you need to reschedule your event, we will be glad to change it one time, and if you let us know at least 48 hours in advance.  Payments made in advance are not refundable.

* Refunds will be given only due to bad weather/thunderstorm, and if you let us know 48 hours in advance before your party.

Weather conditions are out of our control. Monitoring weather conditions is the customers’ full responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel due to inclement and extreme weather conditions. –
