RENTAL AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY WAIVER
This Rental Agreement is made and entered between the undersigned Lessee and Rent a Jumper, LLC and have mutually agreed that this Rental Agreement shall be subject to the information contained in this contract.

It is the responsibility of the individual/organization hiring Rent A Jumper LLC to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injuries to attendees or damage to the inflatable and/or equipment. If any damage occurs it will be the customers’ responsibility to pay for the repairs/damages.

Please make sure to follow and reinforce the Safety Instructions below.


WEATHER POLICY:
During periods of severe weather conditions (hurricanes/heavy rain), we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and give you a full refund of any funds paid to us. Lessee will have the option of keeping or cancelling the reservation and let us know 48 hours in advance. There will be no refunds or reductions in prices after the 48 hours before your party or due to foul weather once the inflatable has been delivered and set up. DO NOT use the inflatable if WINDS exceed 20 mph, bounce house can flip over in HIGH WINDS. If high winds exist or if a thunderstorm occurs, exit the inflatable immediately and turn off the blower. *In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately and calmly, check the outlet where extension cord is plugged in and make sure you have electricity (e.g. check circuit breakers, RESET buttons on outlet).

DAMAGE POLICY:
If damages are made during your rental, you will be held fully responsible for the full replacement cost of the inflatables/equipment belonging to Rent A Jumper. (small damages are covered, but not major damages caused by people for using it without precautions.

HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION:
The Lessee shall oversee the inflatable/equipment unit operation and equipment and is fully responsible for the return of the inflatable/equipment in good working order. Lessee shall pay for theft and/or damage of the inflatable while on their premises. Lessor (Rent A Jumper) and its employees, agents, and subcontractors will not be held responsible for any injury occurring to any person or persons in contact with inflatable and/or other rental equipment related to the possession, use, and operation of the equipment by the Lessee.

Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Rent a Jumper, LLC harmless from all claims, actions, sues, proceeding costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising by reason of injury, damage or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the equipment including, but not limited to the manufacture, selection, delivery, its possession, use, and operation, or return of the equipment. Lessor represents and warrants that the Equipment is in good condition and repair and is in good operating condition once set-up is complete. Lessor agrees to indemnify and hold Lessee harmless for all claims, actions, sues, proceeding costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including reasonable ttorney’s fees arising by reason of injury, damage or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from equipment fault, selection, delivery, set-up, and return of the equipment.

Lessee hereby releases and holds harmless Rent a Jumper, LLC from injuries or damages incurred because of the use of said equipment unless Rent a Jumper, LLC is operating the equipment and is deemed by a court of law to be negligent in its actions. Rent a Jumper, LLC cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for injuries because of acts of God, nature or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rent a Jumper, LLC from any loss, damage, theft, or destruction of the equipment during the term of this contract and any extension thereof.

In the event of an emergency or problems with the equipment, it is up to the Lessee to contact Rent A Jumper LLC immediately at 407-447-0688.

Failure to follow these instructions, Rent A Jumper LLC will and shall not be responsible.

SAFETY RULES:
- Adult supervision is always required to reinforce and meet all safety rules. DO NOT let children/adults play on the inflatable without supervision. They are your responsibility.
- Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the inflatables is dangerous and is not allowed at any time.
- Ensure that children are not pushing, hitting, or behaving in any way that would result in injuries and/or cause distress or harm to them and/or others.

- No summersaults or inappropriate activities inside the bounce house.
- Absolutely no silly string, no colored streamers, face paints or any other materials that will cause staining are to be used either on or near the inflatable. All these products will cause damage to the inflatable unit that cannot be repaired. A $75.00 cleaning fee will be added to your bill if any of the above products are used inside or around inflatable
- Shoes, glasses and jewelry MUST be removed before entering the inflatable to avoid injury.
- No smoking on or around the inflatable and no barbeques around the unit
- No food, drinks, alcohol, candies, or chewing gum are permitted on or around the inflatable to avoid choking risk.
- Always ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit the numbers according to the age and size of the children. Avoid placing smaller and bigger. children from using the unit at the same time.
- No one should be allowed to be inside inflatable equipment during inflation/deflation, it is DANGEROUS.
